According to a recent study, the risk of death among people not eating fruit and vegetables increases.  Millions of people worldwide suffer from heart and shock related diseases every year because of not eating enough quantity of fruit and vegetables.

 According to a study, people who do not eat fruit and vegetables are more likely to die than normal people.



 It has been found in the study that in the event of death due to heart related illness, one in seven deaths does not result in adequate quantity of death and one in 12 deaths is due to not eating adequate quantity of vegetables.



 Researchers said 18 lakh people died in 2010 due to lack of fruit, while 10 lakh people died due to lack of enough vegetables.  America's Tufts University researcher Victoria Miller said that fruit and vegetables are our essential ingredients, which prove to be effective in preventing death from diseases, which are possible.
